For people with a severe avocado obsession like me, what can be better than delicious and easy open avoakdo sandwiches? Nothing! That’s right, and don’t lie to yourself, you will love it as well!

You can also add fresh chillies instead of red onion if you want a more spicy version. And toppings? Be creative, most of the stuff goes well with avocado spread toast – poached eggs, cherry tomatoes, salmon, ham. Also, it tastes absolutely delicious on its own!
